Service Providers and Processing Outside Egypt

DUJEXA may use service providers where necessary for hosting, email and authentication, payment processing, and the technical operation and protection of the service.

Some data may be processed outside Egypt, including in the United Kingdom and the United States, depending on the service used. Payment processing may also involve providers operating in Egypt.

Corrections and Project History

You may request correction or updating of information you have provided.

During an active consultation, DUJEXA may retain previous approved versions where necessary to preserve a clear record of the information and decisions on which earlier work was based. Correcting current information does not require erasing the project history needed to understand earlier work.

Data Retention

Project data remains available while your relationship with DUJEXA is active.

When the relationship ends or your account is closed, your project materials remain available for 90 days so you can retrieve them. After that period, DUJEXA deletes the project data it controls, except where limited retention is required by law or is necessary to address an active legal claim.

Account, transaction, security, communication, privacy-request, and backup records are retained only for as long as required for their relevant operational, security, legal, or record-keeping purpose. The applicable period may differ by record type.

You may request earlier deletion through Privacy & Data Requests, subject to any data DUJEXA is legally required or permitted to retain.

Published Cases and Testimonials

DUJEXA will not use a client project as a published case, testimonial, public example, or marketing or commercial material without the client’s separate, explicit permission for the specific use.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use or a Consultation Agreement, or any approval within the project, does not constitute permission to publish. Before publication, the specific material proposed for publication will be shown to the client for review and approval. This applies whether the client is named or the material does not identify the client.
