Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the DUJEXA website, account, client workspace, and consulting services.

DUJEXA is an online business and management consulting service operated by Ramy Soliman Deef, trading as DUJEXA, Alexandria, Egypt.

By creating an account or expressly accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and agreed to them. The Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled and is acknowledged separately from acceptance of these Terms.

1 — The Service

DUJEXA provides research, analysis, strategy, and related business and management consulting services through:

The scope of the service is defined and confirmed before paid work begins.

DUJEXA does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or regulated financial advice. Where a decision requires advice from a licensed professional, you are responsible for obtaining that advice separately.

2 — Project-Specific Consultation Agreement

A Project-Specific Consultation Agreement may define the consultation scope, deliverables, fee, timing, responsibilities, and other terms specific to an engagement.

If that agreement conflicts with these Terms on a project-specific matter, the Project-Specific Consultation Agreement governs that matter. These Terms continue to govern use of the website, account, and client workspace.

The Privacy Notice governs the processing of personal data and is not overridden by these Terms or a Project-Specific Consultation Agreement.

3 — Authority to Act for a Company

If you create an account, approve an agreement, or use the service on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it and to provide the information submitted to DUJEXA.

4 — Information You Provide

You are responsible for providing information accurately to the best of your knowledge and for having the right to share any documents or data you provide to DUJEXA.

You may correct or clarify information you have provided.

If material information changes during a consultation, DUJEXA may retain a previously approved version where necessary to preserve a clear record of the basis for earlier work and decisions.

5 — DUJEXA’s Work and Your Decisions

DUJEXA services are intended to improve decision quality through research, analysis, diagnosis, and structured direction or recommendations.

The work reflects the information, evidence, assumptions, and market conditions reasonably available when it is prepared. These may later change.

Business outcomes also depend on factors beyond the consultation, including the accuracy and completeness of available information, execution quality, timing, market conditions, and decisions made after delivery. DUJEXA does not promise a specific commercial or implementation result.

Final decisions concerning your company, and their implementation, remain your responsibility.

6 — Deliverables and Intellectual Property

You will receive the deliverables included in the agreed consultation scope and may use them for your internal business purposes, subject to the Project-Specific Consultation Agreement.

Documents, data, trademarks, and other materials you provide remain yours or the property of their respective rights holders.

DUJEXA retains its rights in its general knowledge, skills, methods, frameworks, tools, structures, and know-how that are not specific confidential materials belonging to the client. The ownership and permitted use of project-specific deliverables, client materials, and incorporated DUJEXA materials are defined more precisely in the Project-Specific Consultation Agreement.

Neither party may sell, publicly publish, license, disclose, or commercially redistribute the other party’s confidential materials or the project deliverables except as expressly permitted by the Project-Specific Consultation Agreement or required by law.

7 — Confidentiality and Publication

Client information and project materials are treated as private project information and used only as necessary to provide, operate, and protect the service, or where required by law.

The client may share complete project documents with an external lawyer, accountant, or adviser supporting the client only where that recipient is bound by confidentiality obligations. Team files may be shared individually with relevant team members on a need-to-know basis. The client remains responsible for authorized recipients and for complying with the Project-Specific Consultation Agreement.

Public use of any client project, case, testimonial, or related material requires separate, explicit permission for the specific use, as described in the Privacy Notice.

8 — Payment

The service scope and price are stated or confirmed before payment.

Payment is required before the paid portion of the service is activated. If payment fails, that paid portion will not be activated.

Any amount charged more than once or charged in error will be corrected or refunded.

If DUJEXA is unable to provide a paid portion of the service, the amount corresponding to the undelivered portion will be refunded.

Once the portion covered by a payment has been performed or delivered, that portion is non-refundable unless the Project-Specific Consultation Agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.

9 — Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for taking reasonable steps to protect access to your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, notify DUJEXA as soon as possible.

You must not attempt to access another client’s account, project, or data.

10 — Ending the Relationship

When your relationship with DUJEXA ends or your account is closed, the availability and deletion of project materials are handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

You may submit a Privacy & Data Request at any time, subject to applicable law and any information DUJEXA is required or permitted to retain.

11 — Unlawful or Abusive Use

DUJEXA may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security abuse, attempted unauthorized access, or a material breach of these Terms.

12 — Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change.

If a material change affects an active client, DUJEXA will provide notice through an appropriate channel.

13 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law that cannot legally be excluded.

14 — Governing Language

These Terms are available in Arabic and English. If a genuine conflict in meaning arises between the two versions, the Arabic version governs.
